CABBAGE CIRCULATION

Isokyrö is an old seabed and fields are full of nutrients, which provides favorable conditions for special crops. To ensure Quality and yield, we cultivate cabbage on the same field only every 6-7 years.

PLANTS

In March, the production of seedlings begins, they are germinated and grown in our greenhouses. Our own seedling production ensures a high-quality harvest. Quality is our number one priority, for we store cabbage all year round.

We, and especially the industry, our customers will note that next summer's stock varieties will be sown in the spring of the previous year.

PLANTING & HIDDEN HIDDEN

Cabbages are planted immediately from April. We cover the plants to avoid losses due to cold & insects.

CULTIVATION

We use mechanical weeding, to get rid of "unwanted crops" between the cabbages. By doing so the soil breathes better and cabbages are much, much more happier!

LIFTING

To quote Shrek, "Cabbages have layers, they must be handled with care." Thus, we have the cabbages collected by hand, using our own designed lifting equipment.

STORAGE

Keeping all processes under control it ensures a good quality yeld. Cabbage is reconstituted for trade and industry all year round.
